What should I do if my package hasn't arrived yet?Updated 4 days ago

If your package seems delayed or missing, here’s what to do:


🔍 Step 1: Check your tracking information

Start by reviewing the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.

  • If the tracking shows your package is still in transit, it may just be experiencing a short delay with the carrier.

  • Packages can occasionally show “In Transit” for several days, especially during peak shipping times or weather events.


📦 Step 2: If your package shows as “Delivered” but you don’t have it

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a bit early.
Here’s what to try:

  • Check with neighbors, building managers, or your mailroom in case it was misdelivered.

  • Look around your front porch, garage, or other safe drop-off areas.

  • Wait 24–48 hours, as the package may still arrive shortly after being marked delivered.
