1. Subscription Modification Window

You can modify your Subscribe & Save order — including product quantity, delivery frequency, or shipping address — up to two (2) days before your order’s processing date.

Changes made after this window might apply to your next scheduled shipment, not the current one.


2. Order Processing and Cancellation

Once a Subscribe & Save order enters the processing phase, it cannot be canceled or changed.

  • The processing phase begins after the two-day modification window closes.

  • Please make sure to review your upcoming order before this deadline.


3. Notification Emails

To help you manage your subscription, we’ll send email reminders before each shipment. These emails allow you time to review and make any changes within the modification window.

Note: Be sure to check your spam or junk folders to ensure you don’t miss important reminders about your upcoming orders.


4. Responsibility and Accuracy

It is your responsibility to review and verify all order details before processing, including:

  • Product selection

  • Quantity

  • Delivery address

  • Payment information

Orders will be fulfilled using the information you provide. We are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies once processing begins.

7. Normal Orders

8. First-Time Subscribe & Save Orders

If you’ve placed your first Subscribe & Save order and wish to cancel before it ships, we can accommodate your request as long as the order has not yet shipped.
