Here’s how to report missing items:
Submit a Support Ticket:
Click the purple button in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen to open our customer service form.Or Email Us Directly:
Send an email to [email protected] with “My order is incomplete” in the subject line.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the missing item(s)
One of our customer service agents will review your request and help resolve the issue as soon as possible.
