We make it simple to follow your order every step of the way. You’ll receive email notifications (and SMS alerts if you’re subscribed) with real-time tracking updates.
Here’s what you can expect to receive:
Shipment Created
Sent as soon as your shipping label is created.
Includes your carrier tracking number and a link to follow your order.
Carrier Picked Up
Sent when the carrier scans your package and it officially leaves our fulfillment center.
Out for Delivery
Sent the morning your package is on its way to your address.
Attempted Delivery
Sent if the carrier tries to deliver but isn’t able to complete it (for example, no one was available to receive the package).
Delivered
Sent when the carrier confirms your package has been successfully delivered.
Stalled Shipment
Sent if your package is not moving as expected in transit, so you’re aware and can take action if needed.
