We make it simple to follow your order every step of the way. You’ll receive email notifications (and SMS alerts if you’re subscribed) with real-time tracking updates.

Here’s what you can expect to receive:

1. Shipment Created

   • Sent as soon as your shipping label is created.

   • Includes your carrier tracking number and a link to follow your order.

2. Carrier Picked Up

   • Sent when the carrier scans your package and it officially leaves our fulfillment center.

3. Out for Delivery

   • Sent the morning your package is on its way to your address.

4. Attempted Delivery

   • Sent if the carrier tries to deliver but isn’t able to complete it (for example, no one was available to receive the package).

5. Delivered

   • Sent when the carrier confirms your package has been successfully delivered.

6. Stalled Shipment

   • Sent if your package is not moving as expected in transit, so you’re aware and can take action if needed.
