Happy to help you get your package to the right place!

For an order you just placed

You can make changes within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that, email us at [email protected] or chat with us right away, and we'll update it as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Once a package has shipped, the address can't be changed.

For your subscription

1. Log in at barilife.com/a/account/subscriptions (or tap the person icon at the top right of our website). Enter your email, tap Get login code, and type in the code we send you by email and text. No password needed!

   

2. Find your subscription and tap View details.

   

3. Scroll down to Shipping information and tap Editto update your address.

   

Please update it at least 2 days before your next order date so your next order goes to the new address.
