If you’d like to stop your subscription from auto-shipping, you can easily cancel it right from your account.
💡 Before you cancel
Did you know you can adjust your subscription instead of canceling it completely?
You can:
Pause your subscription temporarily
Change your delivery frequency to receive products less often
Swap or remove products in your order
These options help you stay in control, without losing your subscriber benefits!
If you still prefer to cancel, follow the steps below.
🧭 How to cancel your subscription
- Log in to your account
Go to “My Account” and select “Manage your Subscription.” Find your subscription
Locate the subscription you want to stop.Click “More”
This will open additional options for your subscription.Select “Cancel”
Click Cancel and confirm when prompted.
Once confirmed, your subscription will no longer renew or auto-ship.
⚠️ Important notes
If your subscription has not processed at least one order yet, the system won’t allow you to cancel it.
You’ll need to wait until your first order has been processed before you can cancel future shipments.
