If your Subscribe & Save order didn’t go through, don’t worry, it’s easy to reprocess it manually!
Here’s how:
- Log in to your account
Go to “My Account” and select “Manage your Subscription.”
Find your subscription
Locate the subscription that failed to process.
Click “Get Now”
Select the Get Now button to trigger your order manually.
You’ll be asked to confirm. Once you do, your order will begin processing right away.
That’s it!
Your failed subscription order will be reprocessed and sent for fulfillment immediately after confirmation.
