Do you ship internationally?
At Bari Life, our goal is to make our bariatric supplements and nutrition products as accessible as possible. At this time, we ship to the United States and Canada only.
We hope to expand to additional countries in the future, but right now, customs restrictions and logistical challenges prevent us from shipping worldwide.
How much do I pay for shipping?
Shipping costs depend on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping service you select.
U.S. Orders: Standard and expedited options are available at checkout.
Canada Orders: Shipping rates and any applicable duties/taxes will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Our commitment: you’ll always see shipping rates upfront and transparently before placing your order.
What shipping service levels do you offer?
United States: Standard Ground, Expedited, and Express options.
Canada: Standard International and Express International options.
In rare cases (such as remote delivery areas), Express may be the only available option.
How are shipping rates calculated on orders?
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
The weight and size of your parcel.
Your shipping address.
The shipping method you choose.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
United States Orders: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping method.
Canada Orders: Standard shipments usually arrive in 6–14 business days, while Express shipments typically take 2–5 business days.
⚠️ Please note: Delivery times do not include warehouse processing time, and may be affected by customs clearance (Canada only), weather, or carrier delays.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
United States: No duties or import taxes.
Canada: Duties and taxes are determined by Canadian customs and may apply based on your order’s value and category. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted at checkout.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive an email (and SMS if you’re subscribed) with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
You have a grace period of 30 minutes after your order is placed to make any changes to your order. This includes the quantities of the items you have, your address and more.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to update the address.
Once a package has shipped, address changes may not be possible depending on the carrier.
