We understand how this can be confusing, and we sincerely apologize for any disappointment.

From time to time, we must make substitutions in our Pouch Reset Bundles due to items being back-ordered or temporarily unavailable.

In the past, we listed the exact products included in each bundle. However, over the last few years, unpredictable supply chain challenges have made it difficult to guarantee specific items in every order. For this reason, we’ve updated the language on our product page to explain:

Occasional substitutions may occur if items are unavailable. The most comparable items will be used, so the impact won’t be huge!

We always do our best to select comparable substitutions so your experience and results remain consistent.

We’re truly sorry for any confusion or missed expectations, and we hope this helps clarify why your bundle contents may differ slightly from the photos.
