Can the vitamins make me feel nauseous?Updated 18 days ago
It’s not uncommon for some people to feel a bit nauseous when starting any new vitamin supplement, especially if you aren’t used to taking vitamins regularly.
If you’re just beginning your Bari Life vitamins, we recommend spacing out your dosage to help minimize any stomach discomfort.
Tips for Reducing Nausea
If you are a Gastric Bypass or Sleeve patient taking our Multivitamin Tablets, you’ll need 6 tablets per day. Instead of taking them all at once (such as 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening), try breaking them up into smaller doses:
Take 1 tablet every few hours, or
Take 2 tablets in the morning, 2 at lunch, and 2 at night
If you are using the Multivitamin Powder, and your daily serving is 2 scoops, try taking ½ scoop at a time throughout the day instead of larger doses at once.
Spacing out your intake gives your body time to adjust and often makes the vitamins easier to tolerate.
If you continue to experience nausea or have any concerns, please contact your healthcare professional for further guidance.
We’re always here to help you feel comfortable and confident with your vitamin regimen.
